Shipping

FREE US SHIPPING has been extended for a limited time.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of order & payment confirmation, or 4-6 weeks for made to order products. All packages will be shipped by USPS or UPS.

The best form of insurance is careful packaging, but in addition, packages will be insured with USPS. If a piece is received damaged, please take photographs of the broken piece, along with the packaging, and contact me immediately so we can file an insurance claim (USPS requires photographic evidence to process a claim, so please remember to send me the photographs!). 

Refunds, returns, exchanges & cancellations

All sales are final. Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Care

All of my pottery is food-safe and microwave-safe. You can also carefully place them in the dishwasher, although I do recommend gentle hand-washing to prolong their life (dishwashers are notorious for banging dishes around!).
