Caring for your porcelain pieces:

Porcelain pieces are strong and durable if treated with care and respect. All of my pieces can go in the microwave and dishwasher. Having said that, I highly recommend handwashing your porcelain pieces to ensure they last longer (dishwashers are notorious for clanging dishes around and causing broken handles or chipped rims!)

Shipping:

We are happy to offer shipping across Australia, as well as to customers in Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. Shipping costs are based on weight and are paid at checkout. (For EU customers - we are looking into how to ensure we comply with EU import regulations at the moment. Hopefully EU shipping will be possible in the near future). 

If there is a shipping overage of AUD $5 or more we will refund this amount back to you. If it is convenient for you, we've also added the option for free pick up of your order from QLD 4122. We'll reach out to you to arrange a collection date and provide the address once we've prepared your order.

International tariffs, duties & taxes:

For Canada customers: Your purchase on this website does not include any GST or any applicable provincial taxes. You may be required to pay these fees in Canada before receiving your package.

For UK customers: Your purchase on this website does not include any import VAT or customs duties. You may be required to pay these fees in the UK before receiving your package.

For US customers: Your purchase on this website includes postage prepaid duties and taxes (PDDP) and this will be reflected on your shipping label. This means you should NOT have to pay further tariffs when you receive your package. However, we have no control over US customs. Please be in touch if you have any issues when receiving your package.

Packaging:

We will carefully package your piece to ensure it arrives safely, however please contact us as soon as possible if your piece is damaged during shipping - and take photographs of the damaged item and packaging for insurance purposes. 

Customised orders:

I'm not currently taking any custom orders, but I appreciate your interest. Life is too busy with other non-pottery related adventures at the moment. However, please feel free to make a suggestion for future designs!

Gift vouchers:

Yes, I do offer gift vouchers (for Australian customers only). If you'd like to purchase a GV please contact us and let us know the full name of the recipient and the amount you'd like to gift. We will then email you a customised gift voucher. GVs are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used for porcelain wares only (not classes). If you are redeeming a GV please note the GV number in the comments of your online order, then choose 'bank transfer' to pay the balance for your order.
