Returns and Exchanges

Each piece is handmade and unique, and slight variations in shape, size, colour and surface design are part of what makes handmade ceramics special. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
