Shipping

A note on shipping:

Shipping is available across Australia and to Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States. Other countries may open up in the future. Please stay up to date on new markets via our newsletter and social media.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Any shipping overages of AUD $5 or more will be refunded.

For UK customers: Your purchase on this website does not include any import VAT or customs duties. You may be required to pay these fees in the UK before receiving your package.

For US customers: Your purchase on this website includes postage prepaid duties and taxes (PDDP) and this will be reflected on your shipping label. This means you should NOT have to pay further tariffs when you receive your package. However, we have no control over US customs. Please be in touch if you have any issues when receiving your package.

We will carefully package your piece to ensure it arrives safely, however please contact us as soon as possible if your piece is damaged during shipping - and take photographs of the damaged item and packaging for insurance purposes.
